Equity Health
In 2022, Health Scope Consulting launched its inaugural project with Equity Health. Our work focused on streamlining change management efforts to ensure operational alignment and regulatory readiness. We led the digitization and update of over 100 organizational policies and procedures, collaborating closely with executive leadership to confirm accuracy and compliance. By centralizing compliance forms, trainings, and policies within the Compliatric software, we significantly improved accessibility and reduced the risk of oversight during audits. We also developed a customized Facility Site Review Assessment tool to enhance regulatory preparedness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
LifeLong Medical Care
Health Scope Consulting provided interim executive leadership to LifeLong Medical Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving diverse communities across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. In these roles, we oversaw clinic operations, supported leadership restructuring, and drove strategic initiatives to improve access, efficiency, and staff engagement during a time of significant transition.
Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless
In partnership with Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless, Health Scope served as a member of a team of project managers to support the rollout of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services for street medicine providers. We played a critical role in aligning care coordination workflows and streamlining billing and documentation processes to meet the complex needs of high-risk, unhoused populations. Our work helped ensure program compliance, improve service delivery, and strengthen the infrastructure needed to support integrated, person-centered care for services provided through Street Medicine.

Whether serving as CEO of a $20M organization or consulting with grassroots community health initiatives, I have led enterprise-wide culture shifts, optimized clinic workflows to improve efficiency, and delivered measurable improvements in access, quality, and performance. I am also deeply committed to supporting the next generation of diverse leaders, providing mentorship and guidance to emerging professionals from a wide range of backgrounds who are shaping the future of healthcare.
